While looking through these street style photos taken by Tommy Ton in Paris recently, I couldn't help but notice all the upturned collars on overcoats.  Although the motif of The Popped Collar has some understandably negative connotations in America (on account of the 3-Lacoste-polos-at-once set) it can merely be a practical & stylish way to wear a tailored overcoat in winter weather.
